How quickly will your order ship?  We are fanatics about fast shipping.  By the grace of God, we have always managed to avoid the dreaded order fulfillment lag that is so commonly a part of homeschool shopping during the busy summer months.  The vast majority of Finders-Keepers orders are shipped by the next business day.  From time to time inventory issues may cause a slight delay in fulfillment.  If we don't expect to be able to ship your order within a couple of business days, we will contact you with this information so you can make the decision about whether you want to wait on the products or cancel your purchase and shop elsewhere.  If you are working on a very tight timeline and need to know when your order will ship, please feel free to call or e-mail us, and we will be happy to give you that information.  As fellow homeschoolers, this is a Golden Rule issue for us. (If an item is listed as "Out of Stock" when your order is initially placed, we will assume that you already know that there will be a delay, and we won't trouble you with further contact about it.)

Most Rosetta Stone products are shipped directly from the publisher's warehouse, and are usually sent out in 1-2 business days. During the busy season or promotional periods, Finders-Keepers may stock the most popular Rosetta Stone items for immediate shipment to cut down delivery times. These products will be designated as "Quick Ship" items on the product listings page.

How long will it take to arrive?  Media mail packages sent to addresses within the Continental U.S. usually arrive within 4 to 8 days of shipment.  However, because this class of mail travels along its route on a "space available" basis, it can take a bit longer if mail volume is high.  It is a very rare occurrence, but we consider such packages lost or seriously delayed after two weeks, and will gladly reship your order if it hasn't arrived within that time frame. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska can take substantially longer. Customers in these states are encouraged to purchase well in advance or consider an upgrade to Priority Mail.

How much will it cost?  All product orders of $50 or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Smaller orders are charged a flat fee of $4 per order. Most shipments are sent via U.S. Postal Service Media Mail, and we've found the service to be consistently good. Shipping upgrades are available at the rates listed below.  Priority Mail shipments usually arrive within 3 days of shipment.  Some orders (especially large packages or drop shipments) may be sent via UPS or FedEx at our discretion. Most Rosetta Stone orders are shipped directly from the publisher's warehouse, and processing usually takes 1-2 business days.  PLEASE NOTE:  The shipping information on this page applies to orders shipped within the United States. With the exception of APO/FPO addresses, we do not offer international shipping.

Sales Tax Information:

We only collect sales tax (7%) on shipments sent to Arkansas addresses.

Finders-Keepers Return Policy:


Items may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund of the purchase price. The exceptions to this are DIVE CDs and Shurley Software, which are not returnable, and Rosetta Stone sets, which may be returned in used condition within six months of the invoice date.  (Please contact us for special Rosetta Stone return instructions.) Orders that received free shipping (or a reduced shipping upgrade) will be charged a $2.50 restocking fee for the first item, and $1 for each additional item. This charge is to help defray our initial shipping and materials cost, and is not a source of profit. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Items may be removed from shrink wrap, but must otherwise be in perfect, like-new condition. (Again, Rosetta Stone sets are an exception.)  We cannot issue refunds on merchandise that arrives with flaws. Here is the checklist we use when assessing returned merchandise. Please examine your materials carefully prior to investing money in the postage to return them. If they have any of these problems, we will not be able to refund your money:

Exceeded 30 Day Limit
Signs of Use (even minor ones)
Cover Flaws (Writing impressions, cup rings, etc.)
Creased/Bent pages or Cover
Damaged/Crushed Corners
Missing Components
Scratched CD
Unpleasant Odor
Non-returnable Item
Software removed from shrink wrap

Please follow these instructions carefully:

--Immobilization is the key to making sure your return arrives just as you sent it. Shifting within the package usually results in damaged corners. If you are returning an item that was shrink-wrapped, you might want to consider wrapping it securely in Saran Wrap and sealing it with packing tape. Once the item is inside the box, surround it with some sort of packing insulation (crumpled paper, etc.)enough to insure a tight fit. Please do not use newspaper, as the ink tends to smear onto the items. If the box is properly packed, you will be able to shake the box vigorously in all directions without hearing the contents shift around.

--Enclose a note with your name, phone number, invoice number, and the reason for your return. Tape the box securely with packing tape.

--Return shipping is the buyers responsibility. You may wish to purchase insurance, or at least delivery confirmation. The choice is yours. We have
never had a return package lost in the mail, but there's always a slight risk, and we cannot issue a refund if we don't receive the product.
