DIVE stands for Digital Interactive Video Education, and it utilizes technology to create math lectures on a computer whiteboard that looks and sounds as though you are doing a lecture in a real classroom. The course is taught using Saxon math (which must be purchased separately). The lectures are thorough, yet concise. Dr. Shormann works several practice problems for each lesson, and students can easily rewind to repeat anything they need to see again. Also, if students need to review information in a previously taught lesson, they can access it with the click of a mouse.
Returns are only allowed for defective CDs, which will be handled by the manufacturer. The D.I.V.E. CDs are published by Genesis Science. While they are designed specifically to accompany Saxon texts, the D.I.V.E. product line is not affiliated with Saxon Publishers. Also, buyers should be aware that while the vast majority of the content is strictly related to math, there are occasional Christian/Biblical references.
